There are very few occasions where modern life stops and everyone turns and focuses on you, except for your wedding. Many women build up the idea of the perfect wedding in their hometown with hundreds of people there to celebrate your union with another. Multiple showers, a rehearsal dinner, bachelorette parties and a whirlwind day where people are surrounding you and pointing you in the right direction until you collapse late that night and then it is over. The expectation that everyday women put on themselves to be the perfect bride is on the verge of ruining the beauty of the wedding itself.

My Ireland

Travel
I am a graphic designer and writing is definitely not my forté, but after having such an extraordinary experience in Ireland, I feel compelled to share it with you all. Our trip to Europe was last minute and unplanned, but being a nomad in a foreign country sounded like an exciting adventure to me.

San Francisco

Travel
The city of San Francisco is very small considering the size of the city. At 7 miles by 7 miles, the city is small compared to the influence it has had on American culture. Aside from the usual touristy attractions the city holds so much to see, do (and eat) that don’t require a guidebook. Just hop on a MUNI train and discover the neighborhoods of San Francisco. From Chinatown to the Presidio, San Francisco represents the melting pot of California culture.
