Keep Waxahachie Beautiful a program of Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor with IESI, a city-wide clean-up, allowing city residents may dispose household trash and bulk items (NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PLEASE) at any of the following container sites:
North Waxahachie Shackleford Elementary - 1001 E. Butcher Rd
South Waxahachie Dunaway Elementary – 600 S. Hwy 77
East Waxahachie Penn Park – 404 Getzendaner Street
West Waxahachie Global High – 102 2nd Street
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS NOT ACCEPTED INCLUDE:
Batteries (all) Chemicals Computers/Computer Parts
Electronic waste Freon Appliances Grease/Oil
Paints/Pesticides Televisions Tires
For resident’s convenience, yard waste can be disposed at NO charge at the Citizen’s Convenience Station, Tuesday – Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm (proof of residency required).
Electronic waste (including computers, printers, televisions, etc.) can be recycled with Best Buy, call them at 972-923-7399.
Elderly or disabled residents needing assistance; or for more information, please call City of Waxahachie, 972-937-7330 x151.
